For the long drive

A visit planned around the road home

Some of our families drive 40 miles each way. We schedule with that in mind.

  • Family back to back

Ask us to book parents and children one after another, so a single trip covers everyone.

  • Early starts

We open at 7:30 on weekdays, so you can be home before the afternoon.

  • Call before winter roads

If the highway is closed or the weather turns, call or text us and we'll move your visit.

  • The fee on paper

Before any treatment beyond your plan, we give you a written estimate to take home and talk over.

A family plan and a gum-care plan

Both plans are a yearly payment for routine visits. Neither is insurance, and neither can be used with insurance. The terms below are the same as on the plan card.

  • Family plan

    Yearly fee: ask the office

Routine care for each adult on the plan, with a lower yearly price for each child. Join together so the visits line up.

    • Two exams and two cleanings a year for each person
    • Routine X-rays on the schedule your dentist sets
    • A lower yearly fee for each child
    • A written estimate before any other treatment
    • Fillings, crowns and other treatment
    • Insurance coverage of any kind
    Term:
12 months, renewing each year unless you cancel.
    Cancellation:
Cancel any time before your renewal date.
    Refunds:
Cancel within 30 days of joining and we refund the price, less the visits you've used.

Not insurance. Cannot be combined with insurance.

  • Gum-care plan

    Yearly fee: ask the office

For adults whose dentist has set a gum-care schedule: four cleanings a year, about three months apart.

    • Four gum-care cleanings a year, with your hygienist
    • Gum measurements at each visit, charted and explained
    • One exam a year, with X-rays when your dentist needs them
    • A written estimate before any other treatment
    • A first deep cleaning, if you need one, quoted in writing
    • Gum surgery, which we refer out
    • Insurance coverage of any kind
    Term:
12 months, renewing each year unless you cancel.
    Cancellation:
Cancel any time before your renewal date.
    Refunds:
Cancel within 30 days of joining and we refund the price, less the visits you've used.

Not insurance. Cannot be combined with insurance.

Example prices. The practice sets its own, and what each plan includes. You can ask for a written estimate before any treatment. If you're paying without insurance, we give you one in advance, when you schedule or whenever you ask.

Gum care

Gum care on a schedule you can plan a drive around

When your gums need more than a routine cleaning, your hygienist measures them, cleans below the gumline and sets the next visit.

Gum care visits are about a hundred minutes spread over the year in four trips, and we book the next one before you leave so it's on the calendar. Your hygienist explains the measurements each time, and Dr. Maeda decides when something needs more.

  • Measurements at every visit, written down

  • The next visit booked before you leave

  • A written estimate if more treatment is needed

The people

Four people you'll see again

  • Dr. Hiroshi Maeda in navy scrubs and glasses, standing beside a dental chair

    Dr. Hiroshi Maeda

    General dentist, DDS

    • Dentist license (DDS) · MT License no. 000000

Dr. Maeda is the dentist and owner. He does the exams, fillings, crowns and tooth removals himself, and talks through the options before he starts.

  • Gabrielle Manalo

    Dental hygienist, RDH

    • Dental hygienist license (RDH) · MT License no. 000000

Gabrielle does the family plan's cleanings and sees many of the children, and she shows kids how to brush before they leave the chair.

  • Lara Karimi in black gloves holding dental instruments

    Lara Karimi

    Dental hygienist, RDH

    • Dental hygienist license (RDH) · MT License no. 000000

Lara does most of the gum-care visits. She measures the gums at each one and goes over the numbers with you.

  • Marcy Fletcher

    Patient coordinator

Marcy books visits, lines up family appointments and writes your estimates. She is the person to call about a plan.

From patients

What families say about the drive in

“We come in from Columbus. Marcy booked my husband, me and both kids back to back, and we were on the road home by noon.”

Jolene R.Family plan

“The gum measurements get written down and Lara tells me what changed. I've never had a dentist show me the numbers before.”

Brent H.Gum-care plan

“I read the plan terms twice. They said the same thing at the front desk, and nobody pushed me to sign that day.”

Questions about the plans

More are on the questions page. If yours isn't there, call or send a message, and please leave out health details.

Is the plan insurance?

No. It is a yearly payment for routine visits at this office. It can't be combined with insurance, and it doesn't pay anything toward care outside our office.

What if I need more than the routine visits?

Your dentist tells you what he sees and what each option costs. We write it down and give you the estimate before any work starts.

Can the whole family be seen in one trip?

Usually, yes. Tell us when you book and we'll line up the appointments in a row.

What if I can't make it because of the weather?

Call or text us and we'll move your visit. You don't need to drive in a storm to keep an appointment.

Ask for a visit, and bring the family

Send a request and Marcy will call, text or email you back with a time. If you're driving in, tell us where from and we'll book around it.
