The family plan and the gum-care plan

A yearly payment for routine visits. Read the terms before you join; they are the same as the ones on the card.

  • Family plan

    Yearly fee: ask the office

Routine care for each adult on the plan, with a lower yearly price for each child. Join together so the visits line up.

    • Two exams and two cleanings a year for each person
    • Routine X-rays on the schedule your dentist sets
    • A lower yearly fee for each child
    • A written estimate before any other treatment
    • Fillings, crowns and other treatment
    • Insurance coverage of any kind
    Term:
12 months, renewing each year unless you cancel.
    Cancellation:
Cancel any time before your renewal date.
    Refunds:
Cancel within 30 days of joining and we refund the price, less the visits you've used.

Not insurance. Cannot be combined with insurance.

  • Gum-care plan

    Yearly fee: ask the office

For adults whose dentist has set a gum-care schedule: four cleanings a year, about three months apart.

    • Four gum-care cleanings a year, with your hygienist
    • Gum measurements at each visit, charted and explained
    • One exam a year, with X-rays when your dentist needs them
    • A written estimate before any other treatment
    • A first deep cleaning, if you need one, quoted in writing
    • Gum surgery, which we refer out
    • Insurance coverage of any kind
    Term:
12 months, renewing each year unless you cancel.
    Cancellation:
Cancel any time before your renewal date.
    Refunds:
Cancel within 30 days of joining and we refund the price, less the visits you've used.

Not insurance. Cannot be combined with insurance.

Example prices. The practice sets its own, and what each plan includes. You can ask for a written estimate before any treatment. If you're paying without insurance, we give you one in advance, when you schedule or whenever you ask.

In plain words

What the terms mean

  • Not insurance

The plan doesn't pay a claim and doesn't cover treatment outside the visits it lists. It is a set price for routine care here.

  • No insurance on top

The plan can't be combined with insurance. If you have coverage you want to use, tell us and we'll talk through which fits you better.

  • The twelve months

The plan runs for a year and renews at the same time each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Cancelling

Call, write or send a message before your renewal date. We confirm it back to you.

  • Refund in the first 30 days

Change your mind within 30 days and we refund the price, less the visits you have already used.

  • Anything else

Treatment beyond what your plan lists, such as fillings and crowns, is quoted in writing before we start.

Questions about the plans

Who is the family plan for?

Adults and children who see us for routine visits. Each adult has one yearly price and each child has a lower one, and everyone joins and renews together.

Who is the gum-care plan for?

Adults whose dentist has set a schedule of gum-care cleanings, about every three months. It starts after an exam, because the exam decides the schedule.

What if I only come once a year?

Then paying for the visit when you come may cost less than a plan. Ask Marcy for both figures and compare them.

Can I switch from one plan to the other?

Yes, at renewal, or sooner if your dentist changes your schedule. We'll write down what changes.

Ask for a visit, and bring the family

Send a request and Marcy will call, text or email you back with a time. If you're driving in, tell us where from and we'll book around it.
